Our Process: Data Recovery Standard Hard Drive: $100 SSD Hard Drive: $200 Diagnostic Service Flat fee: $80 We charge a fixed rate for diagnostics, not hourly. The fee is due upfront. If additional parts are needed, we will provide a cost estimate. Payment for parts is required before delivery. In the event that we cannot resolve the issue, the diagnostic fee remains $80, as the service was rendered. Screen Repair/Replacement Installation of a screen is $60. For Apple devices (e.g., A1492 model or serial number), please provide the model details to receive an accurate quote. For Windows devices, provide the model or serial number for pricing.
