Our Process: Data Recovery Standard Hard Drive: $100 SSD Hard Drive: $200 Diagnostic Service Flat fee: $80 We charge a fixed rate for diagnostics, not hourly. The fee is due upfront. If additional parts are needed, we will provide a cost estimate. Payment for parts is required before delivery. In the event that we cannot resolve the issue, the diagnostic fee remains $80, as the service was rendered. Screen Repair/Replacement Installation of a screen is $60. For Apple devices (e.g., A1492 model or serial number), please provide the model details to receive an accurate quote. For Windows devices, provide the model or serial number for pricing. All parts come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Should any issues arise, replacements are provided at no additional cost. Additional Information: The prices listed on Thumbtack are our standard rates. We offer discounts and can work with you on pricing. Travel charges are not applied. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Type of Discount we provide: Friend Referral:10% Senior: 20% Veteran: 25% The price may vary depending on the model of iPads and Laptop Screen Replacements. We would have to see it before we can give you quote. We run the diagnostic on printer and let you know if the part is replaceable or worth buying new printer instead. All other issue with diagnostic are normal pricing. Once the service is completed, we require payment is before we make the delivery.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Customer bought in a laptop which crashed to compubrainexpert. We ran the diagnostic in same day and let our customer know what the issue was. The customer stated to move forward in resolving the issue with his laptop. We ordered the part which came in next day and we installed in new operating system, recovered the data and transferred the data from old to new hard drive. Within 3 day, informed customer to pickup machine and provided him a discount for bringing his machine to my location.

We would tell them to look to establish a friendship with whoever it is you will give your business too. Make sure that they are responsive to your phone calls and emails.
