What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Labor for printer repair in Dallas and Collin counties is $75/hr. There are no trip charges or destination fees. Parts needed for repairs will be quoted beforehand and will not be installed prior to approval. We stock our vehicles with the most common repair parts to prevent return trips.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will discuss the printer and any current issues. Once we determine the customer's needs and time requirements we schedule a service appointment during the same call. Service appointments are booked with a set with a 1-2 hour arrival window. Same-Day and Next-Day appointments are available.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our Service Manager and Senior Tech, Todd Bowman has 18+ years in the industry. He has held Brother, Dell, and HP Training Certificates. His background is in MIS & Computer Science. Todd handles all Thumbtack service calls and will personally make sure you get back up and running as soon as possible.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started as a wholesale printer part manufacturer and later branched out to provide retail printer repair to the Dallas and Collin county areas. Our industry connections allow us to provide expert printer repair and quality toner at very low costs.

I enjoy being a problem solver. For me, the opportunity to go into a situation that is causing someone to be delayed, stressed, or frustrated and repair the cause is highly satisfying. I find joy in making someone's day better every single day!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Use quality toner. You don't have to use "Name Brand" toner, but never use the cheapest stuff you can find. Toner really is something that can effect the performance and lifespan of your printers. Junk food isn't good for your health, and junk toner isn't good for your printer!
