Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I aim to be as fair as possible. Fair, however, does not mean cheap. I am very straight foward and take pride in the work that I do. I will not be the lowest price you’ll see on listings, but you essentially get what you pay for. I do give discounts, so if interested, ask me while we work out a price so I can explain how that works.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I usually ask a lot of questions so that I know exactly what and who I am going to be working with. Furthermore I would then send them an estimate regarding the work they want done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have 7 years of first hand experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Construction has been a part of me since I was 16 starting out in commercial painting. From there I was able to observe all the other kinds of work around me. I learned anything from tiling to changing light fixtures.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently built a non-load bearing wall that divided on big room into two smaller rooms. I really enjoy carpentry and building things from the ground up. It took me five days to complete this particular project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The best advice I can give a customer is very simple. You get what you pay for. In this trade of work, there really is no better way to describe it.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
They should ask themselves and become aware of a budget for their project. They should ask themselves what kind of look they are wanting depending on the project. Also, thinking about the dates that best suits everyone to do the work.
