What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I don't have a standard price set because the cost may vary, depending on other variables of the repairs needed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always introduce myself first and then ask the homeowner about the repairs needed in the property. Next, l will give the homeowner an explanation of the things that I need to do in order to get the job completed. Last, I will give the homeowner an estimate of the total cost to get the job done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 15 years of hands on experience and knowledge in wood wook, millwoork and all type of doors.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always enjoyed working with wood and doing handiwork jobs. l started as an apprentice 20 years ago. l have learned a lot throughout the years and am always eager to put into practice the many skills learned.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have had some of the best experiences working with home owners so far. No complaints here :-)

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I'm very fond of all of my recent completed projects because I was able to complete them in a timely manner and in a professionally fashion. Usually my proyects take me one day to complete, and especially if the are exterior doors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advise to a homeowner would be to check a handyman's background and feedbacks from the previous customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I think the number one concern a customer should ask themselves is if the worker is trustworthy of completing the job assignment in a professionally manner.
