Meet at the job site for an estimate. Assist with design and colors. Make samples for client approval. Prepare a written proposal for customer approval. Never take any $$$$ upfront - only get paid when finished!

My customers are home, office and business owners in San Diego.They come from different countries and are all very different. I closely listen and learn about their needs and taste. I always help and advise and take pride in the work that we do at IDEL Designs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Designing new kitchen for a home owner in University Town Center, it took 4 days for job to be completed after a few weeks of planning with the customer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone like me who has license, insurance, bond and worker's compensation insurance with over 10 years of design and work experience and who never takes and deposits or interim payments until work is 100 % complete.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Potential customers should interview the professional and ask for references receive a detailed proposal and NEVER give deposit until work is complete!
