What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We try explaining everything that we will be doing to there house in detail and make sure that they love the plane before we do any type of work on the house it’s self!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We had to take the CSLB General contractors exam, and had to pass numerous tests with proof of work experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have been doing this work for over 10 years

We work with all different types of customers, and prioritize all of them equally!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We renovated a full house in Grass valley, which was suppose to be a simple job of changing a sliding door to a French door, customer loved our work and wanted us to do his whole renovation on his house, took 3 months and they can’t be happier!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We strive to make customers dreams become reality, as well as taking quality to its next level!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should think of at least the general plan that they want to get done, and then pass everything over to us, and we make it work.
