What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Set up a time to meet with a call, text or email. Schedule a time to meet. Do a job walk and talk with owner(s) or owner representative. Next provide an estimate/scope of work for the client. Make sure there is constant contact between the customer and me.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

4 year union Apprenticeship program. 12 years as a Union carpenter. General Contractors License. 24 years of experience in the construction industry. Family ran business!!!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Union Apprenticeship at 18 whole family builds. I needed to work for a new car. 24 years later it's how I feed my family!!!

What types of customers have you worked with?

State, Developers, Architects,Engineers,Owners, Home owners. My family and friends. My beautiful children 😊

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Helped an 82 year old man and his wife. They had been broken into a few times. They were being targeted according to the police because of disabilities. I hung a new steel door with anti-pry bar and everything possible to keep thieves out. It made me happy to be able to help them out.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be able to communicate with your contractor.
