We are humbled to say we are one of Deck Super Store top 10 contractors. Our company is a registered Trex Pro. We did this through a vetting process that comprised of multiple inspections from them to ensure we build to their standard. There are many great Deck companies in Colorado and we encourage you to get multiple estimates. It’s the great decision to make as a homeowner to find the right fit. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are mid range.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Help them determine what they are looking for and what best fits their needs and wants. Then provide an estimate. If the customer is happy with the price. We then sit down and go over in depth the details of the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Years of experience in this industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Both of our Father’s owned a construction company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every body. We have built over 400 decks between the 2 of us. Also have worked in over 30 different areas ranging from Colo Spgs, Steamboat, Dillion, and everywhere surrounding Denver.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We help a handicap gentleman build an extension on his deck so he had more room for activities for his guest when they came over. 8x16 ft ext. 4 days to complete. Felt very rewarding to add value to him.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Generate a list of questions for the contractors you have coming to your home. So you can better determine a level of truss and understanding of their knowledge.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

For Decks and Pergolas: They should consider life style and the activities involved with that. I.e. Large or small gathering, event types, age of child and there activities. These will help someone determine the size of their project.
