COUNTERTOPS: Our typical process for working with a new customer involves an initial consultation to discuss your project needs. A KBD Sales Rep will reach out to gather information needed to complete the quote. Color options and material choices will be decided on in an in-office meeting. Once you approve, we'll schedule a template measurement appointment, followed by a 10-15 business day installation window. CABINETS: Our process for cabinets is to first set up an in-home consultation to measure the space and gather information on design, colors and overall theme of the remodel. Color options and Cabinet door-styles can be decided in an in-office meeting. One of our designers will create a 3D Rendering for you to view and approve prior to ordering cabinets. We offer a full range of cabinet lines for every budget and style; ranging from entry level to fully customized options. Once a layout design has been approved then we will make one final appointment to sign a contract, take final measurements (changes can be made up to this point) and receive a deposit to order cabinets. Shipping Lead times vary based on selected cabinet brands.
