What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will travel to your home to give you an estimate free-of-charge on your handyman projects.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All technicians are skilled and experienced as well as background checked, insured and bonded.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have managed my own rental properties for 35 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with real estate agents, home owners, commercial property owners, seniors, and renters.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I enjoy seeing the results of kitchen and bathroom remodels, as well as sprucing up homes to go to market. I specialize in helping seniors age in their homes by doing modifications such as installing grab bars, walk-in showers, stair lifts, and ramps.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Meet with the owner or manager of the handyman company. That is the person who is ultimately responsible for the work... and your satisfaction. As the owner, I personally do TruBlue's estimates.

Most of the problems lie in the details. Think through the project so that everything is listed.
