What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have a fluctuating rate of $150-$250 for my TV hangs depending on TV size, location on wall and type of mount. Individual asseble/disassemble rate of $75-$175 for gym equipment & furniture and a flat rate of $50 per artwork/ mirror less than 6sq/ft and 75$ for pieces larger than 6sq/ft less than 60lbs Prices are negotiable considering weight of hangs and time spent for assembly/disassembly. Including price drops on multiple hangs & assembly/disassembly within one days work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to be personal and professional with every new customer. Making you feel comfortable to have me in your home and handling your belongings. We can square off details over the phone or via email before I arrive so you know exactly what you're in for. No question is a bad question. I'm happy to answer any inquiries you may have about the type and quality of services I provide.
