What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for good reviews. Remember, the cheapest bidder is generally the first to be in a hurry to leave. For example, we have seen contractors leaving bids for what we know to be nothing more than the cost of the materials! Will your contractor stick with you to the end of the work you need done? Be thorough and look for a responsible person.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
As they say, "Just the facts ma'am" Construction professionals are familiar with the work they need to do so look for knowledgeable, precise answers. Personal appearance also says a lot about your contractor. Would you feel comfortable being alone with the person in your home? If not wait for someone you feel is trustworthy.
