What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our price is given during the In-home Free Consultation and varies depending on the client's needs. Our price is firm to the penny; once we give a price, it is final and we don't change it for any reason. You can rest assured that what we say is what it will be. We have discounts and promotions most of the year. Right now, we have the "Summer Special."

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is very simple and friendly. We do an In-home Free Consultation where we inspect the client's closets and spaces. We assess the client's needs and Design the necessary closets together with the client. Finally, we give the client the final price before finishing the consultation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Specialize 3D Software Designer for Walk-In Closets, Reach-In Closets, Kid's Closets, Home Offices, Wardrobes, Kitchen Pantries, Wall Units and more. We have a Professional Carpentry Team to ensure the best quality.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our passion for Design, Transformation, and Space Optimization, combined with Elegance, led us to open this company specializing in Closets. We know that many people have ideas about how to make closets but don't know how or who to do it with. We also know that many others don't do a good job with their client's closets. That's where we come in. We take care of our clients' needs and bring their dream closets to reality.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've been fortunate enough to collaborate with numerous clients across various domains, each with their own unique preferences and age groups. Surpassing the expectations of every client has been our hallmark. Our primary focus always revolves around understanding and addressing our client's specific needs and requirements.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, we worked on a large house where we designed closets for the parents, including a very stylish walk-in closet. We also had the opportunity to design closets for their children, who had different ages and tastes. We were able to tailor our designs to suit the unique style needs of each individual, and everyone was pleased with the results. It's all about aligning with the customer's needs and working together as a team to achieve the best outcome.

How long will it take to be made? Once we have the materials ready, installation can take between 1-3 days depending on the closet's size. Does it have a warranty? Of course, it has a warranty.
