We believe in simple, straightforward and fair pricing. There will be no hidden fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once you reach out, we respond within a few hours and set up an online or in person consultation. This consultation is to uncover your needs and create a simple price and plan to proceed. Once the proposal is agreed upon, we add you to the calendar to get the work done ASAP!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been trained by one of the top deck builders in the midwest. The combination of hands on experience and knowledge of the deck building process allows me to provide the best possible solution to address your restoration needs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always enjoyed working with my hands in the outdoors. With decks specifically, the catalyst was working together with family in Ohio. Experiencing the joy of new relationships and refreshed decks for clients to enjoy inspired me to do the same... Build relationships + Restore Decks

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with clients who need help with their decks. For some, this means restoring their current deck, others want to add on or build brand new structure.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently worked with a client who was no longer able to use their deck because it was so weathered they would get splinters while walking on it barefoot! We came in, sanded and stained each board by hand and when we left they were able to enjoy it again with their family! This is what it is all about for me, bringing decks back to life for people to enjoy! The process of sanding, cleaning and staining took 3 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask lots of questions and go with the provider that fits your project best! Personally, I seek these 3 core values: Simple. Trustworthy. Craftsmanship.
