What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually meet up, see what kind of work needs to be done, talk pricing then agree on a contract.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked with the best people in trades, they have been working them 20-25 years. If anyone knows construction they know that learning from older people is the best way to learn

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got a job as a helper for a remodeling company years back and I felt confident enough to open up my own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All of them

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love doing demo work and bathrooms. Love seeing the before and after. They usually take from start to finish about 7-10 days

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

They should do their research about how much product cost and labor.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I think they should know that once any demo or any wall gets demoed problems can appear and they should check if it fits their budget.
