I'm also a LEED Green Associate with training in sustainable design, and AKBD certified in kitchen and bath design. How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started my career in interior design over a decade ago, working on kitchens, baths, and residential spaces before moving into commercial and government projects. Over the years, I realized how essential code-compliant drawings are to keeping projects on track. That led me to specialize in drafting and space planning- where I could combine creativity with technical skills to support your projects help them run smoothly.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Homeowners, Contractors, Builders, Architects, Facility Managers and Real Estate professionals.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for someone who understands both design and technical requirements. A strong provider should offer clear, accurate drawings that align with code requirements, project goals, and timelines. Make sure communication is easy, and choose someone who can adapt to your workflow. Precision matters and the right drawings can prevent delays, reduce errors, and help your project run smoothly from start to finish.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
-What is the goal of the space? (Function, look, flow, capacity) -What is your timeline and budget? -Do you already have sketches, plans, or inspiration? -Are there specific requirements—like ADA compliance, permits, or design guidelines? -Who else is involved in the project? (Contractor, architect, property manager) Having these details ready helps us provide accurate pricing, realistic timelines, and the right type of support for your project.
