There are no cheaper or more expensive quotes. Each cost has its value; look for our advantages, customer service while searching, during, and after service. As much as we overcome expectations, you’ll be paying for such treatment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Same as with an old one. I never get too comfortable just so we can stay as great as when there’s a first time getting acquainted. Clear communication, truth, problem solving strategies are very important and can’t be missed.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Picky, easy going, hard to talk to, not very nice, polite, rich, poor, millionaires, the ones who won’t close because they are the ones who price out your service. There are so many different ones. But we thank God we were never with the ones with returned checks, delayed or missing payments and in default with us.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Why am I doing this? Which material? What are the pros and cons? Am I ready to move forward now or just looking around? It is always good to think as you were the business. They are there to sell, you are there to buy. We both helping one another but in a good common sense and responsibility.
