Be confident on what you really need and be open to options and flexible as working together for the best result.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Not here to complicate. Customer is the priority but there are four basic steps I take that decides into 1- first contact/answer get info 2-onsite estimate 3-final adjustments/sign contract 4- schedule installation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians are trained, experienced and dedicated as installing your future gutters.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We first have the first contact with customer which will introduce our business and so by having an onsite estimate to fulfill customer’s need. And finally, get ready for the day of installation as customer will sign contact as pricing met what was expected and posterior a fight quality service delivered.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’d say all types, personality, understanding and or trouble maker. However, there is no worst or challenging customer that would and could fail us. Our eager and desire to prove and show we can reverse the possible mistake made, re-do what was concerned and ensure best quality ever.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Copper half round 6” installation - varies by size and number of gutters - a 200-300ft installation would take a day or 2 max till you have a final result.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Answer questions, don’t close contact with doubts, argue and be curious about options. Look for what’s best and will get your main concerned resolved.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Which size would you recommend? 5” or 6”? Should I decide to change the color? Or should I keep it white? Should I do - Regular k-style aluminum, fiberglass, dura gutter or copper ?
