What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is project based, as each of our projects is fully custom to your space. We offer multiple project discounts, if you choose to makeover more than one space. We can work within just about any budget however our project minimum is $1,500

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our initial consultation takes place in your home, where our expert designers will take the time to get to know you, your style, and your ideal solution for your space. They will then take measurements of the space accurate to the 16th of an inch and recreate your space in our 3D modeling software. Depending on the project complexity, our designer may design the project with you right there, but for more complex projects, will schedule a follow up meeting to review designs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our designers undergo rigorous design training in both design principles and color theory at our experience center in Dallas Texas, which gives them hands on training in all aspects of design. We are also members of the National Association of Homebuilders, The Maryland Building Industry Association, and the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have always had a passion for organization! Being able to turn chaos into calm for our customers truly makes us feel wonderful. By helping our customers find order in their lives, we feel that we are truly having a positive impact on our customers and the communities we serve.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a wide range of customers including homeowners, landlords, first time home buyers, home builders, general contractors, government agencies, and commercial partners as well. We are happy to design the perfect storage solution for anyone who needs it.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our recent projects was transforming a customers closet with custom storage and cabinets. Upon completion of the project, the customer informed us that his father had been a cabinet maker for 30 years and that he knew all about quality materials and installation, The customer could not say enough about how happy he was with our products and installation team.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ensure that the pro you hire takes the time to understand your needs and the space you are working with. It helps to have an inventory of the items you need to store, such as 35 pairs of shoes, 20 pairs of pants, etc. however, it is not required. Make sure the company you choose does not subcontract installation work, and ensure you ask, if a warranty is offered, does the warranty cover parts and labor or parts only? Lastly, don't fall for gimmicky sales promotions such as "40% off + 10% off + free installation" Work with a company that is straightforward with their pricing and does not try to lure you in with fake sales.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You should have at least a rough idea of what your budget will be for the project, and what your expected timeline is for the installation. If you've seen photos on Instagram or other social media sites of things you like, show them to your designer! If you have a special request, ask! When designing a custom space for your home, the only limit is your imagination. Remember, this project is adding custom built-in furniture which adds value to your home...its better to do it right the first time!
