What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our company offers discounts, and we understand and respect our client's budget making sure we give them an opportunity to get their project done right.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When we have a new client, we immediately get in touch with the customer and make an appointment to visit their home and talk about any details that need to be discussed to get an understanding of what the customer wants.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have completed classes of home improvements to better our skills and understand the materials needed to complete the projects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was recommended by a friend to branch out to establish myself as a pro.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers and families.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Currently, in front of a home, we are creating a 8x5 small deck made from composite. I have another project I am working on that is also a deck, 16x12 all wood construction. These projects can take me up to 1–2 days or 3–4 days, depending on the project itself.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To always find a pro that looks for your best interest in doing your home project.

Ask the pro about pricing, how long will it take to complete, will all the materials be included?
