We first schedule a free consultation to discuss their project, show samples, take measurements and go over pricing information. Started out as a helper building home's back in the late 80's and soon after that went to work for a remodeling company. Have always loved working on home's and helping customer's with their home improvement projects.

We recently had a 500+ sq ft deck installed by Intelligent Roofing & Exteriors. From the initial sales consultation to the finished product everything was great. The crew did excellent and very detailed work and it looks wonderful. The owner even dropped by several times to check on things. After it was finished he brought a drone out and took some aerial photos. During the two week construction, if I had any questions or concerns it was easy to reach someone at the company. A contractor should be able to give you names, addresses, and phone numbers of at least three clients with projects like yours. Ask each client how long ago the project was and whether it was completed on time. Was the client satisfied? Were there any unexpected costs? Did workers show up on time and clean up after finishing the job? You also could tell the contractor that you’d like to visit jobs in progress.
