What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I'll provide a price for the entire project up front and that'll be the final. Only changes in price will be if the customer changes the plan (adding more or less of something already discussed).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I'll meet with the customer in person or schedule a call/facetime so they can show me what they're looking to have done. I'll be able to price out their project on the spot or within a couple hours to give them a quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 15 years experience managing various businesses to understand the projects and needs of the customers so my team can make everything perfect.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father was a contractor and I would always help him with projects when growing up. As I got older, I took projects on as a hobby and began a company combining multiple carpenters to create quality work.

Residential, commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Replacing all deck boards & railings (3-days). Privacy screen for someone's back yard (3 days). Garbage can enclosure (1-day). Waiscoting (1-day).

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Meet/talk with the provider in person to get a good feel for the person. Ask if it is them doing the work or someone else they are sending. Ask for references and pictures of their work.

Have you done this before? What is your time frame to start and complete the project? Will it be you or someone else coming to do the work?
