What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based on both hourly services and project-based depending on the requested project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Due to Covid, we attempt to have a phone consultation when possible. If the client would like to move forward we will survey the Jobsite and submit a quote. Once the quote and deposit are accepted we will set up a date to perform the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our employees hold several manufacturer certifications and undergo training programs for various services when available.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I decided I wanted to start a nonprofit to re-develop underdeveloped communities in places around the world. The most expensive part of redevelopment projects is the construction process. I decided to open a construction company so I can reduce the cost of redevelopment and impact more families.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have work with all types of customers. The main goal is helping others achieve their goals.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When hiring a professional try to get several quotes and be sure to document the scope of work being performed. Taking the highest bid is usually an obvious mistake but at the same time, taking the lowest bid will usually result in work that is unsatisfactory when completed. Just be safe and informed when completing projects.
