Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing structure has a base pricing of 1500 minimum on any project regardless of size. When choosing Laurent Ward, please consider the scale and scope of the project before reaching out. Larger projects are encouraged, I’m happy to take on small projects as well but the minimum still applies.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
High end luxury clients with specific needs that often aren’t available in ready-made furniture stores. My clients want one of a kind pieces made from quality and ethically sourced materials.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
If you can find what you want in a big box furniture store, I recommend purchasing through them. If you have a particular or specific piece that needs to be custom made, I’m happy to guide you through the process.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Dimensions and materials wanted are key things to know before reaching out. We cannot give you any estimates without knowing this information, anybody that does is just guessing and will cause frustration for the client down the line.
