We are ALWAYS willing to negotiate and even price match competitors when an alternate quote is provided.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A customer’s needs is most important to us. We typically get in touch with customers and find out exactly what it is that they want and will even go to their location to provide a more accurate and free estimate. Once we come to an agreement, we are at our customers disposition and provide them with the best service available

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have an excellent crew of workers that have learned from experience and other training opportunities skills such as carpentry, power washing, painting, building etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our company started as a cleaning company. As we grew, and got to hire more employees we began to expand our scope of work and now we have a great team of deck builders, power washers, painters and more!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with customers all throughout Long Island and the NYC metro area, ranging in our diverse area of services provided

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project we are quite fond of is the construction of an outdoor kitchen. It’s a great feeling to see clients excited to enjoy their outside dwellings. This project took about 2 weeks to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

An attentive provider is important, and their quality of work should be the biggest concern. Always ask about methods when you can, and at Silver’s it’s our pleasure to answer any doubts or questions that you may ever have.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Thinking of the order that projects get done is an important one! Always loop us in on all the ideas and plans that you have for your home so that we can make sure that everything gets done in efficiently and in the right order.
