My price is fair, i always try to work with the customer’s budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A typical process to working with a new client is to get everything lined up in front of them, as far as decking, railing, and balusters so they can get a sense of what they want, my goal is to always make sure the client is happy and maintain contact through out the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been doing decks now for almost 12 years, i have lots of experience under my belt.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It started with my father, he used to take me to work with him when i was about 13 years old, he would put me to work, teaching me the ropes, telling me I should the measures 2-3 times before cutting.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with all type of customers, my goal is to always make sure the client is happy at the end of the project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently traveled to Florida to build a very big deck, it was a challenge but at the end the clients was vey happy with the final project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say to ask the contractor to show them previous or current project, and also ask for referrals.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are you licensed, insured, also try to get a reference from previous customers that you can either talk with or see the work in person.
