What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is always tough. Materials are costly and so is time. A business is strained by more cost than you realize. Bear in mind there will be companies trying to take advantage of you. It's best to do your research and feel good about the guy you are working with.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we need clear communication on expectations and work being performed. Be honest with your contractor about expectations of cost and what you want it to look like.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've learned by doing and out of need. I have refined the process over many years of doing work

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I always loved real estate. I like working on projects and my first house was a big project. Over the years I've picked up little things here and there.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential customer is who I typically deal with.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a customer working on an airbnb and needed some gardening. They were lost and frustrated and I came along and got the fence and patio area ready for them.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Professional contractors are going to guide you through the process. If you have never done home improvement before, get their license and insurance information and ask for pictures.

Why do you want to do this project? looks, function, value add for the property, selling and want to sell quickly, immediate need
