Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer a free gutter cleaning with any of our roof repair services! We also have a $150 consultation fee when we do our diagnostic inspection to solve roof leaks, but this price gets deducted off of the cost of the job if you decide to work with us. Our diagnostic tests may take up to 2 hours to pin point exactly where your leak is coming from because we want to be 100% certain that your money is going to be used to fix the real problem the first time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
At your request, we’ll conduct a thorough inspection to determine the exact condition of your roof’s exterior. This assessment helps us understand your goals – whether you’re planning a comprehensive upgrade or a budget-conscious solution. We’ll prioritize any urgent repairs to address leaks and ensure your home’s continued protection.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have completed hundreds of roofs and repaired even more. I have undergone various fall protection, safety trainings and require my staff to be trained and carry certifications no more than a year old to safely operate all machinery and tools. Also, we are certified through all the major roofing supply companies that we use(GAF, Owen’s coring) to install which provides a competitive price and warranty.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started in roofing about 9 years ago, doing roofs, siding, and gutters. A few years in, I got an incredible chance to volunteer after Hurricane Irma hit Florida. Seeing the devastation, I knew I had to help. So I kept going, fixing roofs all over Florida and Puerto Rico after hurricanes. It was tough work, but seeing the families so grateful for a new roof after such loss... that’s what keeps me going. I love giving people top-quality work that will last for years to come!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with primarily homeowners but also work with businesses, real estate agents and vacation rental managers and owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I find it incredibly rewarding to solve roof leaks. It’s like a puzzle – figuring out the cause, whether it’s age or a tiny installation mishap. Every leak teaches me something new, which helps me improve my skills for future repairs. Leak repairs typically take a day, depending on the severity, and can add years to your roof’s lifespan – all without the cost of a full replacement!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
There is the obvious, look for someone who knows their stuff and will be there to oversee the job with insurance, references. But the best way to know if you can trust the is to try them out for a smaller repair or maintenance job first - see how they treat you and their work. A great roofer tackles every job with the same care.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Are you ready to complete the job in 3 months? Our labor cost, material cost, and job availability fluctuate so once you want the project completed, get the estimate and don’t sit on it.
