What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Well to my new clients I’ll give a discount of 20% on the pricing for the first time and if they recommend me with somebody else, I’ll give them a 10% a discount on any of the future jobs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Well, first look at the job quoted if everything works out we make sure we get our part done on time. Make sure the client is satisfied when we leave so we can be recommended. That’s how we get most of our job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I actually started working when I was 18 doing some commercial work so I know how to do industrial, commercial, residential painting . I know everything about painting. I also do other stuff too.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Well, I actually was looking for a job and somebody give me the chance to work for them so I work for somebody else for years and I started my own business like eight or nine years ago so now I got 8 guys working for me

What types of customers have you worked with?

We actually have been working with all types of customers I know sometimes it’s a challenge, but my goal still be the same. Make sure my client is 100% satisfied when I leave the job.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We paint a Southpoint big church on Southhaven. It took us probably like four weeks complete exterior painting two coats. Everything went pretty smooth. People was pretty happy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Well, first make sure it’s professional with experience. I think you’ll be able to find out when you’re talking to the pro you can tell, if he knows what he’s talking about when you ask any questions, I got 25 years of experience!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The questions are how much it will be to get the job done. How long is gonna take and when can you do it?
