What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

MSC pricing is fair and competitive. We provide detailed estimates and willing to negotiate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Scheduled meeting to go over the details of the project and the customer's expectations. I will then create a standard estimate of the labor (materials included upon request) and send to the customer. Once the estimate is approved by the customer I will then create a contract for the project and schedule the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

4 years vocational school for carpentry and 10+ years of in field experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father has worked for his self running a construction company since I was a child so I grew up working alongside him learning the trade.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowner, Landlords, Tenants, Property Management Companies, and General Contractors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure before any work begins that your contractor has a clear understanding of your expectations. Be clear about what you want and make sure you have a detailed contract.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is your Budget ? Does the work require a licensed or insured contractor? Does the project require a permit? What are the expectations of the completed work.
