What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I give high value to the artistic side of this type of work. I also charge a reasonable price for the current market and the customers' needs. ***When customers ask me to include materials for the job, I do charge for each trip needed, not only because of the constantly increasing gas price, but also because of the scarcity in materials in the market***

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We tackle the project expectations, possible hiccups along the way, follow guidelines from customers and recommend what's best according to my experience

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have learned about sculpting, writing, designing, coloring, creating, crafting, solving, and combining different materials and shapes since I was 12 from artists, teachers, and builders. I have incorporated these into my own work for a distinct and signature style.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Every homeowner needs help with at least one of my skills and products. I decided this is a way to make a living while serving others.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers that want simple or complex fixes, and want me to go straight for the job. I have also worked with customers that want special and unique designs to embellish their places with a different touch.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The process often looks ugly. You will usually know if the work is properly done at the end. It's a mix of guiding the professional along the way and patiently waiting for the end result.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If they want something standard or artistic / customized in their projects. The cost of materials are not included. If the customers want me to include them, I charge extra for each trip needed since gas prices increase constantly and materials are currently scarce in the market.
