What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$50-75 an hour plus materials. If it takes 3 guys 4 hours to do the job, 3x4=12, the invoice will be for 12 hours plus materials. Some Jobs have fixed prices. Hourly Jobs will include a $75 equipment fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, Listening and writing down what the client wants and needs. Second, determining the necessary materials and a general estimate on hours for the estimate. Third, client accepts the offer with a down payment and scheduling begins. Finally, when the project is completed the job is invoiced, billed, and paid by cash or check. After the process, you can expect periodic check ins to make sure everything is working properly.

Almost 2 Decades of experience in building and repairs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started building custom homes for many years in the Hampton Roads area. In 2008 I started commercial projects locally in the RVA. In 2017, a request was made for residential repair and the word of mouth referrals from June 2017 are still keeping us busy.
