Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
PNW takes pride in transparent upfront pricing. We try to work with the customer as much as possible upfront to dial-in budgets and eliminate the chances for surprises. Any area for potential unknowns are identified and explained, before work begins. Our goal is to partner with each customer to set expectations, budgets and align goals to keep as close to the bid as possible.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started as a siding laborer/installer. From there, I added deck building as another trade and worked in those areas for 8 years for one of the largest home builders in WA.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Put us (and every contractor) through the ringers before you decide. The lowest price doesn't always get you the best product. Many in the industry bid low and under deliver. We expect the best from ourselves and hope our customers expect the same.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Many of the HGTV shows that make home renovations look quick, cheap and easy. They are often very misleading to consumners, as anything that is quality, takes time and touch, in order to achieve a fine quality finish.
