What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically when contacted we like to schedule a phone call to speak verbally and ensure that the customer is able to communicate their needs effectively. Although at times this can be a missed step. We maintain a healthy line of communication throughout the project to make sure our customers are receiving the quality work we were hired to perform.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Power Pro has many years of experience. Some through on the job training as well as courses that have been taken to keep employees safe and ensure quality results.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Power Pro was started after I found myself pressure washing the homes of many of my neighbors. It was a domino effect that never stopped. We have cleaned many houses in the Tennessee Valley area. We have also added to our list of services to help our customers achieve even more home or commercial projects.

Power Pro works with everyone in the Tennessee Valley area. We handle commercial and residential projects. No job too big or too small.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my the jobs I have been very fond of is a recent house wash that turned out amazing. I love the satisfaction I feel when restore the appeal to my customers property.
