I value every customer contact, I answer & ask as many questions as possible to understand what needs & concerns our customers are facing, since I am a mobile service business I evaluate each home or business to determine what is going to work best for my customers, I will offer advise & listen to your questions and needs & be upfront about all cost or issues before starting any work.

I have been cleaning Upholstery & Rugs since 2006. I hold Master technician certifications in Carpet, Upholstery & Rug Cleaning. I personally take the utmost pride & care in my work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I actually love to clean, I seen how many people dread cleaning and figured there must be a need for good cleaners. Its just something that I have always been great at and enjoy doing. After cleaning for a few college campus move outs for some extra money I decided to go into it full time. Everyone who works for me has to have the same attitude. I love to clean & it shows!

The great thing about this business is that you get to work with all different kinds of people, we have cleaned for all home sizes to large office buildings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was recently invited to clean all of the upholstery & Rugs in a very large & nice home in North Phoenix. I was asked to clean 2 sectionals 4 couches 2 loveseats 12 dining chairs & 8 very nice oriental Rugs. I really enjoyed this job because I was able to work in the same home for the day (I usually travel to 3-4 homes per day) After a 12 hour day here I was ready to go home, but this particular customer was very nice to work for & made sure I had plenty of water. Good Times for sure.

Finding a good quality, detail oriented reliable cleaning company can be difficult. Watch how they clean. check references, Don't be shy about communicating your needs and concerns.
