What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

we have lots of experience do to the multiple years have been in business, we went to multiple cleaning classes from carpet, natural stone, odor removal, and concrete.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for a family owned company for a few years and enjoyed seeing our customers happy after we cleaned their home.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with a large variety of customers that we either clean they home or their work area.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

we cleaned a elderly couples home multiple times before, her husband got sick and was sent to the hospital and couldn't attend to the house as she usually had help from her husband. When she called us to clean her carpets again, we noticed a few extra things that needed cleaning that we went on ahead and did for her for no extra charge.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they don't over wet the carpet. They don't clean with only water. They don't charge extra to clean with soap.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Approximately size of area they want cleaned. Can a van access their come or would we need to use a portable. When was the last time they had their carpets cleaned.
