What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Depending on the service, we offer free estimates for larger projects. For smaller services, we will call and can schedule you over the phone.

We have been in business for 26 years. We are licensed, certified, and insured. Certified under IICRC 66664087.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in janitorial services and started cleaning offices. I was hiring carpet cleaners but it was too expensive so I started buying the equipment myself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers both residential and commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We worked a massive mold job with a water spring underneath the house that flooded it and it was covered in mold. We had to remove the household items remediate, and clean the entire house and it was over $800,00 dollar restoration project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire me and the job will get done on time and within your budget.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure the pro is certified and seem very knowledgeable about the work they are doing. When was the house built? Have the electronics been turned off in areas where there was water? The questions you ask depend on the project itself but you should ask as many questions as possible!
