Our pricing is fair and competitive. We run several promotions throughout the year so there are plenty of opportunities to grab a discount! Bundled services come with a bundled reduced rate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we connect with the customer (call, email, instant messenger, text) and we obtain all of the details of the services and property, we provide our pricing and options as well as availability. In most instances we're able to accommodate our customers' preferences without any issues.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As the owner/operator I've been in this field of work for over 20+ years. It's been my chief vocation. I stay current on methods and products by continuing my education and research. My wife has over 20+ years of customer service and administration and helps to manage our scheduling and account management.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with customers across the spectrum from small apartments to business showrooms. We've cleaned everyday living homes, high rise condos, vacation rentals, hotels, as well as business offices and suites.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently cleaned a mattress showroom. I enjoy large jobs because it typically doesn't require a time crunch. Depending on the square footage and the condition of the flooring to be cleaned, a job like this averages anywhere from 3-6 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise them to be very specific in their details (sq ft, accessibility [5th floor]) and ask about any add-ons/upgrades/fees (spots, stains, portables) to make sure their getting transparent pricing. We do actually advise our potential customers to make sure to ask certain questions if they intend to shop around so they can truly compare "apples to apples". We believe our customers appreciate our integrity and typically choose us over our competitors because we provide quality service with affordable pricing.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should start with their spending budget and all of the services they might be interested in. Sometimes they can get a better deal if they're getting more than one service done (tile and grout plus a couch and rug).
