First, we gather basic information: the type of cleaning, size of the space, and preferred date. Then, we provide a customized quote. Once confirmed, our professional team arrives fully equipped and on time. After the cleaning, we follow up to make sure you’re 100% satisfied!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All our cleaners go through hands-on training focused on hygiene standards, product usage, and efficient techniques. We also follow strict safety and sanitation protocols, especially for commercial and Airbnb clients. Our team is insured and trained to treat your space with care and professionalism.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started Puff Cleaning & Repair because we saw a need for truly reliable, detail-oriented cleaning services in the Miami area. What began as a small family-run service quickly grew thanks to happy customers and word-of-mouth referrals. Now, we’re proud to serve homes, businesses, and vacation rentals across the city.

We’ve worked with a wide range of clients — busy families, Airbnb hosts, restaurants, offices, real estate agents, and property managers. Whether it’s a one-time deep clean or ongoing maintenance, we adapt to each client’s unique needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently handled a post-construction cleaning for a renovated apartment in Aventura. It was a 2-day project, including dust removal, window cleaning, and deep scrubbing of every surface. The client was thrilled to walk into a spotless, move-in-ready home!
