As always the safety of our clients and employees is our number one priority. We are following guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control. And we have also picked up new safety measures to make sure everyone stays safe. Smart Green Cleaning is prepared for the spread of COVID-19 in the Naples region. NOW INCLUDED in our most basic cleaning package is basic disinfection. After that, we offer deep disinfection for residential and commercial. For your peace of mind and safety, we are checking our employees for fever and taking respiratory tests every morning. We also advised our employees to follow safety protocol of minimal physical contact, increased handwashing, and making sure they stay home if they feel unwell. We use disposable gloves while we clean and we can use mask too if the owner request this. We are more focused now in disinfecting surfaces and areas like door handles, cabinets handle and more to prevent the virus from spreading. As we offer these packages in hopes of limiting all our clients from getting sick.

We typically need to see the job before providing a price. We offer free estimates where we will discuss what you need in detail and provide a total cost.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We speak with the customer to set an appointment where we offer a free estimate based on the customers needs. We then determine a fair price and begin the work. Pricing will depend on how big the home is, the condition of the home, and what cleaning you desire. If needed, I may be able to provide a price without seeing the job first, but I will need to discuss more details to determine a fair price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our training has developed in our 15+ years of experience satisfying clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started by cleaning my employers home and then began cleaning the office as well. From there our family decided to start our own business. 15 years later we are still going strong.

What types of customers have you worked with?

A variety of residential customers and all types of commercial properties.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have a commercial property we've cleaned for almost 15 years. We also regularly clean the Naples Zoo, which is a lot of fun.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Try to set an appointment and meet the cleaner before committing to see what they offer. I suggest doing that with two or three different companies. Of course look at their reviews first as well.

Are you looking for someone you can highly trust? Are you looking for the lowest cost? What all do you want cleaned?
