What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Floor care restoration is price by square footage. Carpet Cleaning is price by standard size rooms. If the rooms are empty with no furniture price are higher then rooms with furniture also if customer want us to move furniture prices are higher.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Information on the process of the work that is required. How long the job going to take. Prices on chemical and Supply for all floor restoration Job. A friendly reminder (call or text) the day befor schedule appointment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a student of the floor care carpet cleaning business since 1999. I gain a lot of my training working in a hospital as a floor tech. I gain more knowledge and experience as a Environmental Services Director for 5years. I’m also a certified carpet & Upholstery technician .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The People I work with alway wanted me to do some side work for them... People like Doctor , nurses, visitors and coworkers. I order some business cards got my LLC and some liability insurance the rest is history.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kind of customer. Home Owner, Realtors, Store Owner, private school directors, Rental Apartments move outs refund deposit , YMCA, recreation centers, churches and business Owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We Just recently stripped and waxed a charter school. Also we clean the carpets. They got rid of the first company because they wasn't pleased with the work. We was able to come in and fix what they messed up and complete the work in a timely manner, the school was able to open on the first day due to our diligent.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
