What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have always been meticulous and passionate about cleaning, and I wanted everything to look neat and tidy in my own home. I excelled at this, and I often gave cleaning advice to my friends. Soon, they started recommending me to their acquaintances, and I began taking on clients. As the number of clients grew, I hired a team of professionals who went through rigorous selection and testing processes. I have over 15 years of experience cleaning other people's homes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I moved to Florida from Ukraine due to the war. My husband, our two kids, and I were in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, and from the 24th floor of our building, we witnessed everything that was happening firsthand. In Florida, we started our cleaning company from scratch, pouring our hearts into it and sparing no effort to satisfy every customer and ensure they are delighted. That's why we have no ratings lower than 5 stars.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all types of clients and all types of cleanings. I've had clients who needed one-time deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, standard weekly cleanings, bi-weekly cleanings, monthly cleanings, or just occasional cleanings. Additionally, we excel at carpet cleaning, removing stains from walls, and handling any other tough messes that not everyone tackles. I also work with clients who rent out their properties on a daily basis.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Each cleaning requested by a client is indeed a separate project because they are all unique, requiring thoroughness and must be executed perfectly. There's nothing more satisfying for us than seeing the joy and smile of a client at the end of a cleaning (and, of course, their feedback). Personally, my most recent project was relocating my business from Ukraine to Florida. My business had an excellent reputation in Kyiv and was thriving.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The most important thing is to find a company that inspires trust, prioritizes quality, and diligently performs its work—never lazy or solely focused on earning money from clients. It's about finding a company that carefully selects cleaners and monitors their work processes closely.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The customer is always right! You can always ask numerous questions and clarify any details—never hesitate to do so. Before the cleaner arrives, you should feel calm, knowing that all your questions have been answered and that you've made the right choice of company. After the cleaning, you should feel confident that everything has been done as you wished, and even better! Our clients are always delighted after our service, often expressing that they didn't expect such outstanding results. If you have any questions, no matter how small, we are always here to answer them and find the best solution together for you!
