What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Very Reasonable. We offer flat rate pricing. We do not believe in bait and switch sales tactics, we promise the price you're quoted is the price you'll pay.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Customers call up to schedule an appointment. Then our technicians show up on time, and on the day the appointment was scheduled. We do a thorough walk through, clean whatever items the customer would like.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Myself and my technicians all IICRC certified in carpet, tile, upholstery fine fabrics, commercial floor care service and water damage.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My family has been in the cleaning and restoration business for over twenty five years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We currently clean the Broward Center for performing arts, multiple CVS locations over 1100 residential clients, West Coast university, the city of Fort Lauderdale city of Delray Ect...

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We cleaned all the carpet and all of the chairs in the Broward center for performing arts. The results were amazing. The project took us one solid weekend.

Make sure the company offers flat rate pricing, has professional equipment, and trained technicians.
