What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The value of the service is assessed and negotiated directly with the client, according to the type of cleaning, size of the property, local conditions, whether they have animals and other additional services they wish to perform. We have special discounts for weekly and fortnightly cleanings.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We suggest that the first cleaning is a Deep Clean, this way we can keep your home always clean with regular cleanings.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team is experienced, trained and prepared to offer the best service. We are always updating ourselves with the best practices and products for cleaning each environment.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started with cleaning Vacation Homes and AirBNB, later expanding to residential and commercial cleaning.

We work with residential, commercial, Vacation homes and AirBNB clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The service time depends on the size of the place, type of cleaning and the conditions in which the place to be cleaned is located. We will always do whatever is necessary to provide the best service in a timely manner.
