What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Rug cleaning is done by professional with over 25 years in experience. The rugs are properly soaked in water and hand washed in an eco friendly way. We do each rug individually and carefully clean for the best result. General Procedure of Deep Cleaning $ 3 per square feet 1. Vacuum rug thoroughly on both side. 2. Pretreat stains. 3. Soak the rug in water and shampoo both sides of the rug. 4. Run water under the rug and keep mopping until water runs clean. 5. Extract the water from the rug. 6. Make sure the pile falls on natural direction. 7. Hang rug to air dry 8. Once dry, vacuum one more time. 9. Clean the fringes and trim is requested. 10. Once the fringes are dry, roll it up and prep for delivery.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Call to setup appointment, Or simply message us through the app. You can bring the rug directly to the store, no appointment needed within store hours, generally 10 am to 6 pm Mon to Sat and Sun 12 pm to 5 pm or simply call to schedule pickup and delivery. Additional charges may apply for pick up and delivery. We offer flexible scheduling and can work accordingly.

We have years of experience in cleaning any kind of rug. We clean wool, silk, Qork Wool, Persian, Jute, viscose, bamboo silk, machine made rugs.

We are the fourth generation in rug industry. We not only clean rugs but we also restore, repair, resize, manufacture, design rugs.

It take 1-2 week to clean any rug, we can expedite if needed.
