What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The cleaning process for each item is unique. We use about 15 different cleaning agents and stain removers. Specific products are selected for each task. The primary focus of any cleaning is to, first and foremost, avoid causing harm and making things worse. Secondly, we aim for maximum results and neutralize all chemicals, leaving items completely safe. It’s important for us that people feel comfortable living with their furniture afterward. We put in maximum effort, following algorithms for each item. Typically, the cleaning process involves 5-6 stages.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 2020, while in Belarus, I underwent several training sessions and launched my business. I acquired the best equipment and set a goal to become the best in this field—starting locally Currently, we’re expanding our services in San-Francisco.
