At Resilient Cleaning Services, LLC, we take time to get to know what specifically each customer is looking for in their cleaning experience. We conduct a detailed assessment either in-person or over the phone and provide a competitive price the same day.

Having over 20 years of experience in the industry, the staff at Resilient Cleaning Services LLC combine both industry best practices along with exceptional customer service skills to enhance each and every client interaction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Resilient Cleaning Services, LLC began its business by servicing family and friends that had residential cleaning needs. From there, the company wanted to expand its target audience to those both in the residential, as well as in the commercial industries that had cleaning challenges.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Resilient Cleaning Services, LLC has worked with a vast array of clientele, including but not limited to established professionals, retirees, government employees, busy parents, singles, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project that we are fond of was our first residential cleaning opportunity. Although it was a tedious cleaning that required patience, expertise and an abundant amount of communication with the client, the results were nothing short of amazing. The job took a total of 3 hours, which was just within the range that the client desired to be in.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Advice that we would give to a customer looking to hire a provider in my area of work is to not only consider the price of the job, but think about how comfortable the initial interaction with the cleaning company was and their efforts to establish a long-term relationship with you.
