We also sell install, repair, and clean any flooring too. Sometimes we can repair a floor saving the customer thousands versus replacement. I like talking to people, it's my favorite part of the job, but I also like that it keeps you in good shape too.I also like it when a water damage or mold job is done and people have their house back the way they want it. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We make sure the customers are well informed as to the best way to clean, repair, or replace their flooring.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 30 years experience. Second generation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I followed in my Dad, Uncles, and Brothers footsteps.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Carpet cleaning, repair, flood work, tile and grout cleaning. Upholstery Cleaning, Air duct Cleaning. And sales and installation of any kind of flooring.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We put all of the flooring in at Ripley's Believe it or Not, at Baltimore Inner Harbor .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You can't go wrong with us, because I , the owner, comes out and does the work. So you know it's done right. Plus we have the most powerful truck mounted equipment on the market today.
