“Our pricing is determined by either the square footage of the space or the number of cleaners required. We offer flexible monthly cleaning contracts tailored to your specific needs, with options for 3, 6, 12, and 24-month agreements, ensuring guaranteed cleaning services for the duration you require. Additionally, we provide discounts for recurring cleanings. We also offer a price-beating service, where we will do our best to beat any lower estimate you may receive from another cleaning service. To take advantage of this, simply provide us with a copy of the competitor’s quote.”

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

“Our process begins with a consultation to thoroughly understand the project’s scope. Following this, I provide a detailed quote and, upon agreement, schedule the work to be completed.”

“Our family cleaning techniques, refined through years of hands-on experience and on-the-job training, consistently meet industry standards. The quality of our work and positive client reviews speak for themselves.”

How did you get started doing this type of work?

“Dillard Cleaning, a family-owned business established in 2008 by Lissa Dillard, initially provided employment opportunities for her family. As her children grew and pursued their own paths, Lissa continued to manage the business independently. Now, 17 years later, her grandson, Jovan Wright, is committed to revitalizing Dillard Cleaning. His vision is to not only generate employment for the next generation of the Dillard family but also to contribute to the economic growth of the broader community.”

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

“We recently completed a comprehensive move-out cleaning project, tackling every inch of the property inside and out. This four-day endeavor was incredibly rewarding, especially given the rave reviews the house received once we showcased the final results. The transformation and positive feedback made it a truly fulfilling experience.”
